Chris Grabek

Principal

Chris Grabek is a Principal of the firm. Over the past decade, on behalf of users of real estate, Chris has negotiated transactions of all sizes and types, managed portfolios, and developed and led transaction teams. His international consulting career has produced hundreds of deals and a passion for helping clients save time and money.

Prior to founding the firm, he worked as a tenant representative for Jones Lang LaSalle where his focus was winning and delivering value to new and existing clients. Before joining JLL, Chris provided the same services for CB Richard Ellis and Trammell Crow Company.

Chris received a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Accounting and Communication from the University of St. Thomas.

He is a licensed attorney, real estate broker and salesperson. He also has his Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation and his Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

He is a guest speaker within the MS Degree in Real Estate Program at UST, volunteers as a Wish Grantor for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Minnesota, and serves as a Summer & Fall Games Volunteer for Special Olympics Minnesota.

Chris lives in downtown Minneapolis, loves traveling the world with his wife, can be caught on the weekends grabbing dinner with family and friends, and dabbles in cycling and golf.
